The government in NSW is assisting first home buyers with the First Home Owners Grant. In NSW first home buyers may be eligible for a stamp duty concession as a second bonus on top of the first home owners grant. This incentive has been put into place to help Australians get into their own house. These include the New Home Buyers Supplement, the First Home Owners Grant Boost, and the First Home Plus and First Home Plus One schemes.
